    You can deposit by bank transfer using SWIFT or SEPA, debit or credit card, Skrill, Volet, or supported crypto. Crypto options include Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC and GRAM. Check your XBTFX portal for the methods available in your region.

  • Are there any deposit fees?

    XBTFX does not charge deposit fees. Your bank, payment provider, wallet or exchange may charge its own fee.

  • How long do deposits take to process?

    Crypto deposits arrive after the network confirms the transfer. Card and digital wallet deposits are usually instant or take up to 15 minutes. SEPA transfers can arrive instantly or within one business day. SWIFT transfers take 1 to 3 business days.

  • Which currencies can I use for my trading account?

    MT5 accounts support EUR, USD, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, LTC, ZEC, USDT and XAU. Mega1 lets you use several supported assets to fund your trading balance. Check the account currency before you deposit or transfer funds.

  • How do withdrawals work?

    Submit your withdrawal request in the XBTFX portal. If your funds are in a trading account, transfer the available balance to a wallet first. Requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Crypto network fees and bank charges may apply.
