  • What deposit methods are available?

    XBTFX supports bank wire transfers (SWIFT & SEPA), debit/credit cards, e-wallets (Volet, Skrill), and a range of crypto assets including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Dogecoin, USDT, and USDC.

  • Are there any deposit fees?

    XBTFX charges zero deposit fees on all methods. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges.

  • How long do deposits take to process?

    Crypto deposits are credited after network confirmation. Card and e-wallet deposits are typically instant to 15 minutes. SEPA transfers arrive within one business day, while SWIFT wire transfers take 1–3 business days.

  • What base currencies can I hold?

    XBTFX supports ten base account currencies on MT5: EUR, USD, BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, LTC, ZEC, USDT, and XAU. xPro accounts use multi-asset collateral and accept all of these plus other supported deposit assets.

  • How do withdrawals work?

    Withdrawal requests are submitted through the client portal and processed within 24 hours on business days. Crypto withdrawals incur standard blockchain network fees. Bank wires may incur intermediary bank fees.

  • Is Skrill available in my country?

    Skrill is available for most regions, but is not currently available for users based in the EU, UK, or Japan. Check the client portal for the methods available to you.
