What's the difference between the IB and Affiliate programs?
IB pays recurring, lifetime rebates on the volume your referred clients trade. Affiliate pays a large one-time CPA when a referred client deposits and qualifies. IB suits ongoing trader relationships; Affiliate suits traffic and media buying.
Can I join both programs?
You apply to one program. After approval, switching is possible by contacting partner support.
How and when do I get paid?
IB rebates accrue on the volume your referred clients trade and are paid once you pass the $5 minimum. CPA is paid once a referred client deposits, trades to the revenue target within the qualification window and passes XBTFX's review.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Both programs are free to apply.
Which countries are eligible?
Affiliate CPA payouts vary by region (1–3). Your partner manager confirms the regions that apply to your traffic when you're approved.
Can I earn from other partners?
Yes. IBs can recruit sub-IBs and earn from the network they build, and affiliates earn an extra 5% of what the affiliates they refer earn, on top of their own referrals.
Can my clients get cashback?
Yes, if you are an IB. You can return part of your rebate to the traders you refer, per asset class and up to what you earn on that class, for 1 to 12 months or permanently. Cashback is paid to them automatically.
