Mahe, Seychelles — 1st Oct 2026 — XBTFX has sold XBTFX (SC) LTD, a Seychelles-licensed securities dealer, to a strategic investor in the financial services industry. The transaction was completed on 30 June 2026. By mutual agreement, the acquirer’s identity is not being disclosed.
The acquirer was seeking to establish a presence in Seychelles through a licensed securities dealer. For XBTFX, the sale aligned with its broader plans to expand its trading capabilities and service offering.
XBTFX LLC has always operated independently of XBTFX (SC) LTD. Its priorities remain expanding its trading infrastructure, investing in next-generation eFX and retail trading systems, and developing partnerships that strengthen its offering.
