Daylight Saving Time in the USA will start this weekend on March 12, 2023, trading hours are shifting starting from Sunday March 12 .

Trading sessions will be changed on the following markets and times ( in GMT+0 format ):

21:00 Sunday – Friday 20:50 (except 21:00 – 21:05 daily)

Metals
22:00 Sunday – 20:50 Friday ( 21:00 – 22:00 daily)

DJI30, NDX100, SPX500
22:00 Sunday – 20:15 Friday ( 21:00-22:00 daily)

Equities US
13:30-20:00 (Monday – Friday)

NATURAL GAS, USOIL
22:00 Sunday – 20:50 Friday ( 21:00-22:00 daily)
